The moment is symbolic, and Cadillac didn't miss the opportunity. For its very first “home” race in Formula 1, the American team is arriving at the Miami Grand Prix with a brand-new livery. And naturally, it has a distinctly American feel.
Unveiled alongside its main partner TWG AI, this special livery reimagines Cadillac's visual identity with a well-balanced patriotic touch.
The black-and-white base remains—so as not to throw everything into disarray—but is enhanced with a clearly identifiable “Stars and Stripes” motif. The detail that really hits the mark? The 50 stars integrated into the front wing, a nod to the U.S. states.
At the rear, the message is even more direct: a clearly visible “USA,” accompanied by touches of red, white, and blue. Subtle? Not really. Effective? Definitely.
The drivers are also switching to Miami mode
To complement this livery, Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez will wear special suits, also inspired by this American theme.
A complete package, designed to make a statement—and hard to miss on the track.
The team fully embraces this approach. The idea isn't to break with the brand image, but to evolve it for the duration of a weekend.
“It's a natural, thoughtful, and confident extension,” explains Cassidy Towriss, the brand's senior advisor. “It's our first home race, and it was important that fans still recognize what they know.”
In short: we're celebrating, but without losing our DNA.
More than a design, a message
TWG AI strikes the same note, seeing this livery as a broader symbol. “It's not just a design; it's an affirmation of our identity and our ambitions.”
A classic line… but one that carries a bit more weight in the context of a first appearance on American soil.
